Colorado Triathlon Frozen Foot 5k

BOULDER (01/31/2012) — The University of Colorado 2011 Triathlon National champions gear up for their Frozen Foot 5k race on Sunday, February 19th.

The Frozen Foot 5k is the CU Triathlon Team’s primary fundraiser, helping to send the team to Tuscaloosa, AL and their 12th National Championship last year. This year the team will head back to Tuscaloosa in an attempt to win their 13th national championship, and third in a row.

The Frozen Foot 5k will take you through the University of Colorado Boulder’s campus; starting and ending in front of the Duane Physics building. After the race, participants will receive a pair of Frozen Foot 5k gloves. Following the race will be an awards ceremony and expo,  complete with giveaways from some of our sponsors!

Further information on the race, including registration details, can be found at http://www.frozenfoot5k.com/
